Firecracker “Bang Bang” Salmon Bites

RECIPE

These Firecracker "Bang Bang" Salmon Bites are an easy recipe to make Under 30 Minutes!

INGREDIENTS

Salmon

  • 2 pounds Fresh Atlantic Salmon, Skinless

  • 3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning, can use more or less if desired

Sauce

  • 1 Cup; Mayonnaise

  • ½ Cup Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

  • ½ Cup Sweet Chili Sauce

Toppings (optional)

  • Chives, diced

  • Red Chili Peppers, sliced

Recommended Equipment

  • Baking Sheet Pan

  • Parchment Paper or Aluminum Foil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to broil.

2. Pat salmon dry to remove excess moisture. Cut salmon into about 1-inch chunk pieces.

3. Season salmon chunks with cajun seasoning to taste. Be mindful of sodium levels in your choice of cajun seasoning and to not over season. Can add more or less if desired.

4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and coat pan in non-stick spray. Evenly space and place salmon on the pan. Place the pan in the oven about 6-8 inches away from the broiler (approximately center of oven).

5. Bake salmon uncovered for about 5-10 minutes. Keep an eye on salmon as it is cooking to ensure it is not burning. The salmon will cook fast and have an outside char to it, but should not burn. Cook longer if needed to reach desired doneness of the salmon.

6. For Sauce, in a bowl combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Fully mix ingredients together.

7. Drizzle sauce over cooked salmon bites and add red chili peppers & chives.
