When I was growing up, my mom would make turkey wings at least every other week. It was a staple in our family’s weeknight dinners. Years later, when my mom sampled my version, she said mine were now her favorite wings.
INGREDIENTS

Turkey Wings
2 pounds (907g) turkey wings
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tsp Lawry's 25% Less Sodium Seasoned Salt or all-purpose seasoning of choice
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon kosher salt, optional
Basting Mix
1 cup (240ml) Chicken Stock
4 tbsp (½ stick/57g) Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Lawry's 25% Less Sodium Seasoned Salt or all-purpose seasoning of choice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and sliced
1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and sliced
½ medium yellow onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean and pat the turkey wings completely dry. Add the turkey wings to a large bowl and coat with the olive oil. In a small bowl, combine and mix together the all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt. Coat the wings all over with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
In a 9x13-inch (23x33cm) baking dish, stir together the chicken stock, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Arrange the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion evenly in the dish. Place the turkey wings on top of the onions and peppers. Sprinkle the minced garlic over top of the turkey wings.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Every 30 minutes, baste the turkey wings by spooning the basting mixture from the bottom of the pan over the wings. After 1 hour, remove the foil and continue baking for 40 minutes uncovered. After 40 minutes, the turkey wings should be tender and the meat should easily fall off of the bones. If not, place them back in the oven, covered, for 10-minute intervals until they are done.
Once done, baste the turkey wings once more and serve with the basting mix, along with the onions and peppers.
